Honesty and Accuracy in Representation

Candidates are required to:

  • Accurately represent themselves in all communications and submissions.

  • Submit truthful and verifiable information, including resumes and personal identification.

  • Complete all assessments and tests without unauthorized assistance or external aids.

Prohibited Behaviors

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Making false statements or submitting false documentation, including fake resumes.

  • Having another person complete assessments, tests, or interviews on your behalf.

  • Using unauthorized aids, artificial intelligence (AI), predictive input, virtual assistants, or any other automated tools during assessments.

  • Sharing or distributing VXI's assessment materials or content.

  • Engaging in any behavior that undermines the fairness and integrity of the assessment process.

Identification Verification Process

To ensure the integrity of our assessments, VXI employs a rigorous identification verification process:

  • Camera Appearance: Candidates will be required to appear on camera throughout our virtual hiring process. This includes all interviews, assessments, and onboarding steps.

  • Screenshot Verification: At each new step in the process, we will take screenshots where candidates must hold up a government-issued photo identification. This allows us to verify that the person present at each step is the same individual who is applying for the position.

  • First Day Verification: On the first day of training, VXI personnel will compare the photos taken during the recruitment process with the individual present in the training class to ensure they are the same person.

Anti-Cheating Measures

In addition to the identification verification process, VXI reserves the right to employ a variety of anti-cheating measures, including but not limited to:

  • AI-Powered Proctoring: AI tools to monitor and proctor assessments, ensuring that the person taking the test is the candidate.

  • Plagiarism Detection: Technologies to detect and prevent plagiarism and other forms of dishonest behavior during assessments.

  • Pattern Analysis: Psychometric monitoring and analysis to identify irregular test-taking patterns. Consequences of Non-Compliance

    Non-compliance with VXI's Candidate Honesty Policy will result in:

    • Immediate termination of the application process.

    • Disqualification from future employment opportunities with VXI.

    • Immediate termination of employment if discrepancies are found between the candidate's assessment submissions and their presence on the first day of the job.
